Should I use it before or after exercise?
RecoverLoop™ can be used for gentle mobility before exercise or deeper stretching after your workout, when your muscles are warm. Avoid aggressive static stretching immediately before explosive exercise.
Can I use one RecoverLoop™ for both legs?
Yes. Simply remove it from one foot and secure it around the other. You do not need a separate RecoverLoop™ for each leg.
